Riassunto
Il ruolo della famiglia nella patogenesi dei disturbi del comportamento alimentare è da tempo oggetto di studi, mirati all'identificazione delle interazioni patogene o delle costellazioni che potrebbero favorirne l'insorgenza. La finalità di questo studio ha riguardato l’effettuazione di un confronto, realizzato con i metodi della psicologia proiettiva, tra le immagini genitoriali che emergono in The different diagnostic groups observed sample consisted of 10 subjects with anorexia, 9 patients with anorexia / bulimia, 10 patients with amenorrhea, compared with a control group of 10 healthy subjects. Da questa indagine sono emerse differenze nella immagine di sè e dei familiari espresse dai diversi gruppi. Il gruppo con anoressia restrittiva appare il più rigido sia nella percezione di sè, che nei vissuti e nelle rappresentazioni dell'immagine interna di famiglia. Per quanto riguarda il gruppo anoressico-bulimico, l'elaborazione di relazioni oggettuali sembra più avanzata, anche se fonte di depressione. Per il gruppo delle amenorree, i dati emersi fanno ipotizzare, in misura maggiore che negli altri, una profonda difficolta' di identificazione con il modello materno, difficolta' che, gia' espressa chiaramente sul piano somatico, nel nostro campione si esplicita anche sul piano psicologico attraverso l'intensa ricerca di contatto with the father figure ..
