ANALYSIS OF A SAMPLE OF WORKING WOMEN

ABSTRACT This study arises from a collaboration between the Institute of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Catholic University, the Department of Personnel and Employment Issues-Regional Lazio Lazio Region and the OND employees in the pilot project "Implications of social psychological well-being plays in the working staff of the Lazio Region" The object of our study sample is composed entirely of women employees of the Lazio region who participated voluntarily the type of gynecologic diagnostic and preventive psychological and activities provided by the study.
The comments herein are part of a more general study aimed at analyzing factors influencing the state of psychological well-being of working women. To this end, the study was structured along the following lines: Lectures on topics of community health status to raise awareness on issues of preventive medical and psychological clinical screening for each employee, by performing the Pap test, breast and pelvic examinations, at the Gemelli hospital; Courses Car palpation of the breast performed at the seat of the Lazio Region, Psychological tests, carried out at the premises of the Lazio Region, aimed at assessing the relationship between individual and disease. Psychological tests used were chosen because they represent, on the basis of existing literature, easy to apply self-assessment tools within the collective. These are suitable for detecting the presence and the influence of psychological problems primarily related to the anxiety-depression spectrum. The starting point was the analysis of the basic attitudes about health and the possible emotional implications, according to two important dimensions, anxiety and depression related to the availability to the individual detailed diagnosis, the doctor-patient relationship and 'Any experience of illness. Within the total sample were differentiated by two groups of subjects, respectively, who performed all the diagnostic protocol planned and executed solely by persons who have psychological reagents. The sample in this study consists of subjects who completed all tests.
